We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:Hair brushes and combs
Hair extensions or wigs
Opened hair care or styling products
Return Process:
Email us at info@brixtonhuesalon.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. -
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
